These are the easiest and best breakfast or even a nighttime snack that makes it easy to stay on track with your goals or to help have in the fridge on super busy mornings. The best part is it tastes fricken amazing.
So...what would you need to make this delicious treat.
Small mason jars - I always make 3-days worth
Sugar-free vanilla or banana pudding mix
Protein powder vanilla (I use Xyngula in vanilla)
Unsweetened almond milk
Chia Seeds (optional)
Cut 1 banana into slices and divide them equally into your mason jars. Measure out 1/2 cup of quick oats into each of your jars, if you need a little more to fit your macro please add more.
In a bowl mix two scoops of protein powder, and 1 tablespoon of pudding mix, and blend for 2-min until it's a pudding consistency. Place in the fridge for 10 mins. Now in each jar add 1 tablespoon of chia seed to your oats. Then add your milk to the oat/chia seeds until they are fully submerged in milk. Now you will add your pudding mixture on top of your oats. I usually do enough to cover the oats and have a good layer. Now add a few more banana slices to the top and top with a tablespoon of cool whip. Put your lids on and place them in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy. Let me know what you think love to hear your feedback.
