- Peaches Fresh - 1-2 peaches
- Brown Sugar Stevia - 1tbls
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Coconut Oil - 1-tsp
- Keto Granola - 3 tsp
- Vanilla Protein Ice Cream - 1/2 cup
On medium heat, add 1 tsp of coconut oil to a frying pan. Cut up your peaches into slices, it's your option to keep the peals on or cut them off. While your peaches are frying you will add your brown sugar and cinnamon to the pan. Let them cook until the brown sugar and cinnamon caramelize. Once your peaches are soft take them off the heat.
In your bowl, you will scoop out your ice cream, add your peaches, then top with your keto granola.
