Raspberry White Chocolate Overnight Oats

If there is one thing among my top favourite food items, it's chocolate, but white chocolate takes everything to the next level. I found some fat-free white chocolate pudding mix and was so excited to try it in my overnight oats.

Tomorrow's breakfast is going to be on a whole other level of deliciousness.

  • Xyngular Vanilla Protein Powder (you can use any protein that works best for you)

  • Oats

  • Chia seeds (Optional as I know, not everyone likes them)

  • White Chocolate pudding mix

  • Frozen strawberries (when they melt it will be divine)

  • White Chocolate chips

  • Almond Milk

  • Cool Whip (optional)

Add some frozen strawberries to the bottom of the jars, and add your dries oats & chia seeds on top. Now add your almond milk to your oats until they are fully submerged.

In a separate bowl mix your protein (I use two scoops you can add as much as you need) and a tablespoon of pudding mix. Now add your 2 cups of almond milk and blend for 2 minutes. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Add a few chocolate chips to your oats. Don't fill it with your heart lolol

Take your pudding mix out of the fridge and add it to your jars. Fill enough so you can still add a few strawberries to your jar. Top with a few chocolate chips on top. I didn't add my cool whip to mine but I did to my husband cause, well....he can eat a lot more than I can. lolol

Now add your lids and place them in the fridge and enjoy them for an evening snack or for your morning breakfast.

As always let me know what you think, love to hear your feedback. Much Love Richelle :)
